Columbia, Mo. — A joint venture between Centurion Property Group and Ideas en Desarrollo (IDE) has acquired Grindstone Canyon, a 384-bed student housing community located near the University of Missouri campus in Columbia. Developed in 2003, the property offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom fully furnished units. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, study lounge and fitness center. The new ownership plans to implement capital improvements, details of which were not disclosed. The acquisition of the property from an undisclosed seller was brokered by CBRE.

Columbia, Mo. — Centurion Property Group has acquired Grayson Cottages, a 513-bed student housing community located near the University of Missouri campus in Columbia. Built in 2007, the property offers a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, study center, fitness facility and sand volleyball court. The acquisition of the property was brokered by CBRE. The seller and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
