Indianapolis — Spectra Student Living has named Ryan Clasey director of asset management. In his new role, Clasey will work with partner management companies to develop community marketing and leasing strategies; develop and maintain annual budgets; oversee rent collections and delinquency management; and produce monthly financials and cash management strategies. Clasey will also conduct market studies in search of opportunities for development and acquisition on- and off-campus. The Indianapolis-based company was founded in 2017.
