Roseburg, Ore. — Umpqua Community College (UCC) has acquired three buildings near its campus in downtown Roseburg for conversion into student housing. The buildings, which total 62,000 square feet, were acquired for $1.9 million. Construction to upgrade and remodel the properties will begin this summer and will continue in phases over the next few years.
