Austin, Texas — The University of Texas at Austin has completed renovations to the lounge areas of Kinsolving Hall, an all-girls residence hall built in 1958. Huntsville, Texas — Student Quarters has been awarded management of The Armory at Sam Houston, a 502-bed student housing property located near the Sam Houston State University campus in Huntsville. The six-story community is located at 2257 Sam Houston Ave. and was recently acquired by Time Equities Inc. for an undisclosed price. Houston — The Dinerstein Cos. (TDC) has promoted three employees within the firm’s leadership team. Clay Hicks has been promoted to chief administrative officer.
