Norman, Okla. — CB Richard Ellis has sold the Commons on Oak Tree, a 254-unit student housing complex in Norman. The buyer of the off-campus apartment complex was Shore-to-Shore Properties, while the seller was a joint venture of American Campus Communities and an affiliate of Fidelity Real Estate Group. CBRE’s Ryan Reid, national director of student housing, and William Forrest, first vice president in the Oklahoma City office, represented the seller in the transaction. Sale price of the property was not disclosed.
