Project will serve graduate students in the Physician Assistant Program at Marietta College.
Marietta, Ohio — Marietta-based Christy & Associates has designed plans for a 27-unit apartment project in Marietta intended to serve graduate students in the Physician Assistant Program at Marietta College. The development will feature full appliance packages, high-speed Internet access and a flat-panel digital television. Christy & Associates will be seeking LEED Certification for the housing units. The project is scheduled to start within the next 60 days and be completed by April 2012. It will be located within a short walk from Frontier Shopping Center and Marietta College.
