Flint, Mich. — Irving, Texas-based Collegiate Management Group took over management of Riverfront Residence Hall, an off-campus residence hall serving the University of Michigan-Flint.
Flint, Mich. — Irving, Texas-based Collegiate Management Group took over management of Riverfront Residence Hall, an off-campus residence hall serving the University of Michigan-Flint, in July 2009, just six weeks before move-in. The company raised occupancy to 85% by early September. CMG reopened phase I of the hall, consisting of 250 beds, in September 2009, and will complete renovation of all 541 beds by September 2010. Riverfront Residence Hall contains a movie theater, common kitchen, fitness center, study lounges and a snack bar.
