Greenville, N.C. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of Campus Pointe, a 216-bed student housing community located 1.4 miles east of the East Carolina University campus in Greenville.
Dorothy Jackman of Colliers International’s Student Housing Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Campus Pointe Apartments LLC acquired the property.
The 84-unit community offers two- and three-bedroom floor plans with bed to bath parity, fully equipped kitchens and full-sized washers and dryers. Amenities at Campus Pointe include a resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, a clubhouse with a game room and TV lounge, a computer lab and study center, picnic areas with community grills and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
