Columbus, Ga. — Columbus State University, Corvias Campus Living and Winter Construction have celebrated a topping off ceremony for a new $25 million, 540-bed residence hall, Clearview Hall, in Columbus.

The 121,000-square-foot Clearview Hall will open Fall 2016 and house first-year CSU students. The building is a result of the public-private partnership between the University System of Georgia and Corvias.

Corvias also acts as the facilities manager of an existing residence hall, Courtyard I, and will maintain both residence halls over the 65-year partnership.
