Tempe, Ariz. — Core Campus to develop mixed-use with 200 student housing units.
Tempe, Ariz. — Core Campus Communities LLC has purchased an approximately 1.7-acre site at the corner of College Avenue and Fifth Street in Tempe, with plans to build a mixed-use project to include 24,000 square feet of retail and 200 residential units for students. The site is located adjacent to Sun Devil Stadium and within walking distance to the campus of Arizona State University. Core Campus purchased the property for $4.75 million; the sale was arranged by Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Land Group represented the seller in the transaction.
