Chicago — Corvias and the Illinois Institute of Technology are set to begin renovations on Bailey Hall, a 74,000-square foot residence hall that was decommissioned in 2007. Following interior and exterior renovations, the property will offer 330 beds in pod-style units with large study and social areas on each floor. The development team for the project includes Dirk Denison Architects and Gilbane Development Co. The project is set for completion in fall 2020.
