Starkville, Miss. — EdR and Mississippi State University have broken ground on College View, an on-campus, mixed-use development that will offer 656 beds of student housing upon completion.
The project — set to target upperclassmen — will be built in phases, with Phase I set for delivery in fall 2019. Alongside housing, the property will feature 46,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, recreational amenities, outdoor entertainment zones, a 7,000-square-foot day care center and parking.
