Endicott College To Add New Residence Hall

Beverly, Mass. — Endicott College will begin construction on a new 260-bed residence hall this spring.

Beverly, Mass. — Endicott College will begin construction on a new 260-bed residence hall this spring. The project is being constructed using $10 million tax-exempt bonds issued through the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authory (HEFA). The four-story residence hall will be constructed near two existing dorms on the campus.
