InterFace Student Housing Agenda Announced

Atlanta — The full InterFace Student Housing conference agenda has been announced and is available at http://www.interfaceconferencegroup.com/sh2014/Agenda.html.

 

The conference will offer 14 panel sessions, three breakfast workshops, two bonus sessions, and roundtables to kick things off on Wednesday afternoon.

 

Topics to be addressed include investment, development, financing, leasing/marketing and operations. Sessions will also focus on changes in on-campus housing, architecture and design trends on- and off-campus, perception and reality in bandwidth and connectivity, “urban” development, P3s, underwriting investment opportunities and creating better relationships with colleges and universities.

 

Special workshops will focus on controlling insurance, tax and utility costs, technology trends, and a “Live RFP” from the University System of Georgia.

 

Bonus sessions will include an “Inside the Deal” case study on the recent acquisition of Cardinal Towne at the University of Louisville and a Developer Showcase featuring exciting new projects that opened in 2013-14 or are under construction.
