Baton Rouge, La. — Philadelphia-based Campus Apartments is working toward a fall completion of the 30,000-square-foot College Row at Northgate retail center near the Louisiana State University (LSU) campus in Baton Rouge. The project, which is currently 70 percent pre-leased, is located at the intersection of Highland Road and State Street. Tenants include CVS/pharmacy, PJ’s Coffee, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Shanghai Tokyo Restaurant, and Pita Pit. The project, which broke ground in January, is expected to be complete in time for the start of the fall semester. Retail Specialists and SRSA Commercial Real Estate are providing leasing representation. Campus Apartments is already the largest owner of off-campus student housing in Baton Rouge. Its three communities provide 1,508 beds to the LSU student community.
