First On-Campus Housing Project Opens at IPFW

The $23 million project brings 120 units of housing to the Indiana school.

 

Fort Wayne, Ind. — Overland Park, Kan.-based MW Builders has completed the first student housing project at Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne, which was delivered in July 2010. The $23 million construction contract provided construction for a four-story, 212,000-square-foot building that contains 120 suite-style units. Design Collaborative was the project architect. Students occupied the new facility beginning in fall 2010.
