Phase I of the $115 million mixed-use project contains a 624-bed student housing complex.
Fredericksburg, Va. — Construction is complete for Phase I of Eagle Village, a $115 million mixed-use project located on the campus of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg. The first phase includes a five-story, 624-bed student housing complex that opened for the fall semester. Amenities include high-quality finishes in the units, a large meeting rooms, a billiards room and a large fireplace with a 55-inch television. Subsequent phase of Eagle Village will include retail, office and hospitality space.
The University of Mary Washington Foundation owns the 21-acre property, and Concord Eastridge is the master developer. Eagle Village is located on the site of the former Fredericksburg Park & Shop retail center.
