Waco, Texas — FourPoint Investment Sales Partners has arranged the sale of 11th Street Cottages, a nine-unit, townhome-style student housing community located near Baylor University in Waco. Kevin Dufour and Kyle Peco of FourPoint arranged the disposition of the property on behalf of the seller, Twenty-Nine Ventures. An undisclosed, Texas-based buyer acquired the asset. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
