Baltimore — GMH Capital Partners has acquired Varsity on Charles, a 328-bed community located adjacent to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

The property, renamed The Academy on Charles, offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom fully furnished units. Community amenities include a rooftop terrace, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, business center, indoor bike room, tanning bed, study lounge and a game and recreational area.
