Greystar Student Living to Manage Historic Urban Student Housing in Charleston

Charleston, S.C. — The 160-unit community will be built on 1.17 acres.

Charleston, S.C. — Davis Property Group has selected Greystar Student Living to manage 400 Meeting Street Apartments. The new 160-bed luxury student housing development will be built on 1.17 acres of land on Meeting Street between Mary and Reid streets in the historic district of Charleston, S.C.

 

The community is in midtown Charleston within walking distance to the College of Charleston, the Charleston School of Law and the Upper King Street District’s shopping and dining. 400 Meeting Street will include eco-friendly features such as an on-site car-sharing program for residents who occasionally need a car to get around town.

 

400 Meeting Street will offer two and four-bedroom luxury apartment homes ranging in size from 863 to 1,515 square feet of living space. Each apartment home will be fully furnished and include a full-size washer and dryer. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, pet walk, courtyards, covered bicycle racks and a grilling area.
