Austin, Texas — The Crest at Pearl apartments are being built in the popular West Campus neighborhood of Austin.
The Crest at PearlAustin, Texas — Lennar Multifamily, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation, has awarded Greystar Student Living the management of The Crest at Pearl, a 343-bed student housing development in the West Campus area of Austin, Texas. Construction on the new development is currently underway at the south end of the University Neighborhood Overlay, an initiative set in motion in 2004 to ensure the West Campus Area was maintained as a residential community close to the University of Texas campus. Construction on The Crest at Pearl will be complete July 2014. The community will be open for the beginning of the 2014 school year.
