Harrison Street Sells 1,200-Bed Community Near the University of Paris-Saclay

Saint-Aubin, France — Harrison Street has sold ECLA Paris, a 1,200-bed student housing community located near the University of Paris-Saclay in Saint-Aubin, 29 kilometers southwest of Paris.

Brookfield acquired the property for an undisclosed price. ECLA Paris features shared amenities including study lounges, a fitness center, e-sports and game rooms, music studios, restaurants and high-end services including language support in Mandarin, Spanish, English and French. The property was developed as part of a joint venture between Harrison Street and HPC Group.
