Kennesaw, Ga. — Stadium Village opens the same year the KSU Owls football team begins its inaugural season.
Kennesaw, Ga. — Haven Campus Communities is developing a 792-bed luxury community at Kennesaw State University (KSU). Stadium Village, located across the street from the KSU football stadium, will open in fall 2015, which is the same year KSU’s football team plays its first season at the Division I level.
Stadium Village will be the first student housing community in the Kennesaw State market to offer 1 Gigabit of dedicated bandwidth to its residents. The community will also offer furnished townhomes and flat-style floor plans. Each four-bedroom, four-bath apartment will include large flat-screen TVs, full-size washers and dryers, trundle beds with pillow top mattresses, private bathrooms for each bedroom and large floor plans with ample closet space.
The community’s clubhouse will offer amenities such as a cyber-lounge with charging stations, coffee bar, fitness center, tanning rooms, game room, computer center with two private study rooms featuring Smart TVs, and on-site management. The outdoor clubhouse area will include an infinity pool, sun deck, large tanning deck, and hammock garden. The community also features an outdoor amphitheater, covered built-in grills, a large outdoor pavilion with TVs, lounge furniture and fire pit.
