HFF secures financing for off-campus housing at OSU

Dallas — Fountain Residential taps a new market. 

The 7th Street Station community near Oregon State will be the first off-campus student housing in  Corvalis.Dallas — Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has arranged a $13 million construction and mezzanine loan for Fountain Residential Partners. The real estate development firm plans to build a 308-bed, 82-unit student-housing facility at Oregon State University in Corvalis, Ore. The loan was provided by Nationwide Real Estate Investments.

Construction has begun on 7th Street Station, which will feature 10 two-bedroom/two-bath and 72 four-bedroom/four-bath units when it is completed in September 2012. The site is three blocks east of the Oregon State campus and will be the first off-campus student housing community in the Corvalis market.
