Chapel Hill, N.C. — JLL has arranged the $10.9 million sale of Courtyard of Chapel Hill, a mixed-use development featuring 17,389 square feet of retail and 54 beds of student housing. The five-building property is located less than half a mile from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. Thomas Kolarczyk and Jeff Glenn of JLL represented the seller, Dilweg Companies, in the transaction. Cory Fowler, also of JLL, represented the buyer, Vista Property Group. JLL also secured acquisition financing for the property. The 10-year, fixed-rate loan was provided by Morgan Stanley Bank.
