Clemson, S.C. — A joint venture between The Preiss Co. and a private real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital has acquired Aspen Heights Clemson. The 598-bed property has been rebranded The Collective at Clemson. Renovations are currently underway, to include the addition of new furniture in select units; upgrades to the property’s clubhouse and shared amenity spaces; exterior improvements; and upgrades to flooring throughout. The community offers a mix of cottage- and townhome-style units featuring two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplaces, full-court volleyball and basketball courts, a computer lab, study lounge, movie theater, game room and fitness center.
