Asset Campus Housing will manage 25Twenty.
Lubbock, Texas — A joint venture between Asset Plus Cos. and Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners has opened 25Twenty, a student housing development serving Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Managed by Asset Campus Housing, an affiliate of Houston-based Asset Plus Cos., 25Twenty is 100 percent pre-leased for the 2011-2012 academic year. Representatives of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Tom Martin and many local businesses participated in the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremonies.
