Milwaukee, Wis. — Landmark Properties has been awarded management of Eleven25 at Pabst, a 151-unit student housing project in downtown Milwaukee.
The community is located in the renovated historic Pabst Brewery, and will serve students at Marquette University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee Area Technical College, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Mount Mary University and Alverno College.
The community, located at 1125 N 9th St., features amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubroom with video gaming, study lounges, a movie theater and a shuttle to local campuses.
Blue Ribbon Management LLC, the developers of the project, also incorporated a public area consisting of a 4,000-square-foot food court to include up to five restaurants, a 2,000-square-foot convenience store and a 1,500-square-foot coffee shop.
The student living areas will be kept secure with a key card access system and on-site management. The community offers studio through four-bedroom fully furnished units, including lofts. Residents are scheduled to move in August 2016.
