Landmark Properties to Break Ground on Four Developments Totaling $800 Million

Athens, Ga. — Landmark Properties is set to begin construction on four new student housing developments totaling $800 million. New projects include: 

• The Standard at Ann Arbor, a mid-rise project serving students attending the University of Michigan;
• The Retreat on Milledge, a cottage-style community located near the University of Georgia in Athens;
• The Retreat at Orlando, a cottage-style property located near the University of Central Florida in Orlando; and
• The Standard at Seattle, a 1,600-bed community serving students attending the University of Washington. 

The Standard at Ann Arbor is scheduled for delivery in 2022 and The Retreat on Milledge and Retreat at Orlando are set for completion in fall 2021.
