Cardinal Group to Manage Three New Student Housing Communities

Denver — Cardinal Group Management has acquired management of three new communities in Amherst, Massachusetts; Edwardsville, Illinois; and St. Louis.

Cardinal Group has begun management of Lindell Strip in St. Louis, a 656-bed community serving St. Louis School of Medicine, St. Louis University School of Nursing, St. Louis College of Pharmacy and St. Louis University School of Law. This community offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom living options. Lindell Strip has a full fitness center, business center, clubhouse, rooftop pool, bowling alley, theatre room, game lounge, four parking garages and controlled access doors.

Enclave West in Edwardsville is a 552-bed community serving Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville students. Enclave West offers two and four-bedroom options that come fully furnished. This community has a fitness center, tanning bed, outdoor pool and volleyball court.

Kendrick Place, located in Amherst, is a 36-unit, 108-bed mixed-use new development with an expected completion of July 2015. It is located only a few blocks from University of Massachusetts Amherst and Amherst College.

Cardinal Group’s portfolio is now comprised of 9,882 beds and 5,942 units nationwide.
