Waco, Texas — FourPoint Investments has arranged the sale of Bear Cottages, a 60-bed student housing community located near Baylor University in Waco.
The property offers units with bed-to-bath parity and full-sized appliances. Kevin Dufour, Chris Epp and Chris Bancroft of FourPoint Investments represented the seller, an Austin, Texas-based private developer, and procured the buyer, an undisclosed private investor, in the transaction. Dufour was also responsible for assembling both the debt and equity for the construction of Bear Cottages.
