New York City — New York City-based Greystone has hired Joseph Stepchuk as managing director.
Prior to joining Greystone, Stepchuk served as director at Fannie Mae where he oversaw $3 billion in annual multifamily loan production. At Greystone, he will support the company’s conventional business with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
