The property is comprised of fully furnished one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments with views of the stadium. Units feature granite countertops, pillow-top mattresses, in-unit washers and dryers, 50” high definition televisions, stainless-steel appliances and balconies.
Community amenities include study lounges, complimentary coffee and tea, landscaped courtyards, a heated private access parking garage, a maintenance bike shop with on-site storage, a deluxe fitness lounge, stand-up tanning, a media lounge and a digital gaming center. DRA Advisors purchased the asset.
