Lincoln Ventures Hires Executive Vice President of Acquisitions, Chief Marketing Officer

Austin, Texas — Lincoln Ventures has hired Jonathan Reyes as executive vice president of acquisitions and Kendall Guinn as chief marketing officer. In his new role, Reyes will be tasked with defining and executing the firm’s acquisition strategy and will work closely with the company’s executive team on capital raising, corporate initiatives and expanding its acquisition platform nationwide. Prior to joining the Austin, Texas-based company, Reyes served as director of acquisitions for Nimes Real Estate. As chief marketing officer, Guinn will lead the firm’s go-to-market strategy, including all corporate and property marketing. Prior to joining Lincoln Ventures, Guinn served as chief marketing officer for AQUILA Commercial, where she directed all corporate marketing, communication and market research efforts.
