Austin, Texas — Lincoln Ventures is set to break ground on The Ruckus, a 160-bed, Class A student housing community located two blocks west of the University of Texas at Austin campus.
The seven-story building will offer 45 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom, fully furnished units. Community amenities at The Ruckus will include a sky gym/fitness center and terrace; a cyber café; a gaming area; 24-hour study lounges and conference rooms; an around-the-clock parking concierge; and a coffee bar. The development will also offer car-sharing options and a bike-sharing program.
