Chicago — Loyola University has acquired an 18,000-square-foot land parcel located at 6300 N. Broadway near the school’s Chicago campus. The site traded for $940,000. The seller previously had plans to develop a condominium project on the site, but those plans were shelved. Loyola did not disclose its intentions for the site, but a press release indicates the location is ideal to accommodate future growth of the campus. Dan Steinberg of Titan Commercial represented the buyer in the deal.
