Mckinley Appoints Gene Miller Chairman

Ann Arbor, Mich  —  Apartment specialist McKinley branched into student housing in July.

Ann Arbor, Mich. — Eugene A. Miller has been elected chairman of the board at McKinley. Miller is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank. He is also a director of TriMas Corporation, Handleman Company and DTE Energy Holding Company, as well as trustee and former chair of the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan and the McGregor Foundation.

Miller replaces Paul Dimond who was chairman for the past 11 years. McKinley is an owner-operator of commercial and multifamily real estate that has more than $3.2 billion in assets under management consisting of approximately 300 real estate projects in 25 states. McKinley expanded into student housing in July.
