MIG Real Estate has completed renovations at 12Fifty5 On University Apartments in Tempe, Arizona. The community, formerly named Quadrangles Village, has undergone improvements to convert the property from conventional apartments to student housing. The 756-bed student housing community is situated in a bike-friendly neighborhood within walking distance to the campus of Arizona State University and local Metro light rail and bus routes.
“12Fifty5 has been redesigned with contemporary upgrades and features to meet the needs of today’s students,” said Marc Venegas, director of Multifamily Investments. “Our goal was to create a positive, upbeat environment that enhances the overall living experience.”
