State College, Pa. — Recap Management has announced that Target, H&M and Federal Tap House will join Fraser Centre, a mixed-use development located one block away from the Penn State University main campus.
The development will be comprised of approximately 50,000 square feet of retail, a 165-room Hyatt Place hotel and conference center and 26 luxury residential condominiums.
