Muinzer Acquires Two Student Housing Properties, Opportunity Zone Development Site Near Purdue University

West Lafayette, Ind. — Muinzer has acquired two student housing properties and an opportunity zone development site near Purdue University in West Lafayette. The acquisitions include two apartment buildings located adjacent to campus at 414 Vine Street and 422 Vine Street. Plans for the development site, located at 400 Ferry Street, were undisclosed. Muinzer and T2 Capital Management are preparing to launch a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund in the second half of 2019. The fund will focus on ground-up developments and redevelopments near engineering-, aerospace- and technology-based education centers and regional innovation hubs.
