Knoxville, Tenn. — A joint venture between Muinzer and T2 Capital Management has acquired University Park, a 720-bed student housing community located near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Scott Clifton and Chris Carroll of JLL facilitated the off-market transaction. The property offers a mix of two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities include a dog park, clubhouse, hammock gardens, grill stations, a business center, resort-style swimming pool, volleyball court, fitness center and cardio room.
