It was founded and is headed by David Neef, Jr., who has more than 10 years experience managing, leasing and developing student housing properties. William Barkwell will serve as executive vice president and COO. The company has partnered with several equity investors and is currently pursuing several acquisition opportunities as well as a development opportunity. It is focusing on Southern California, the Midwest and the upper East Coast, in particular.
