Newtown Square, Pa. — Josh E. Smith has joined Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions as vice president. Smith will be responsible for expanding the reach of the company nationwide, assisting higher education institutions in bridging the gap between necessary infrastructure improvements, such as building and renovation plans, and the resources and capital needed to execute those plans. Smith most recently served as vice president of development for Collegiate Companies.
