The health and safety of the student housing industry has been top of mind for the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and France Media, publisher of Student Housing Businessand parent company of the InterFace Conference Group. Given the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, NMHC and France Media will not be able to hold an in-person NMHC/InterFace Student Housing conference in Miami. Instead, NMHC/InterFace Student Housing will be conducted as a virtual event October 19-22.
This dynamic new format will include expanded content, peer-to-peer roundtables, networking and a virtual exhibit hall where attendees can make appointments with and meet exhibitors. The event will be spread across four days and attendees will have access to unparalleled content and speakers, as well as the opportunity to meet with leading industry companies virtually.
Further details on the virtual event, including exact schedule and agenda and networking opportunities, will be announced shortly.
Registrants for the in-person NMHC/InterFace Student Housing will have their registrations automatically carried over to the new virtual event. Registered attendees will be contacted with further details in the near future, as well as exhibitors and sponsors.
The Loews Miami Beach will automatically cancel room reservations for anyone who booked within the conference room block. Cancellation confirmations and refunds should be processed by the end of August.
