Campbell, Calif. — On-Site has debuted a new product, Resident Passport, which is a resident concierge platform for the apartment industry that allows renters to have credit checks, e-sign a new lease, or renew an existing lease, pay rent and submit a maintenance request online. It is an addition to On-Site’s online leasing platform. Resident Passport enables residents to submit and track maintenance requests 24 hours a day. The company also has engineered the platform to quickly load on any device or screen size, eliminating the need for special mobile sites or dedicated apps, On-Site says.
