Walgreens, occupying approximately 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level, opened in mid-August, and Haiku Sushi, occupying about 4,000 square feet of space, will open later this month. The first residents began moving into the building on Aug. 30, and residential leasing is nearing 100 percent, The Opus Group says. Opus Development Company, L.L.C. served as the developer, Opus Design Build, L.L.C. was the contractor, Minneapolis-based Elness Swenson Graham Architects Inc. was the project architect, and Opus AE Group, L.L.C. managed the structural engineering and interior design.

The Station on Washington features a range of amenities for residents, including private underground parking; top-floor club room with TVs, shuffleboard and views of downtown Minneapolis and TCF Bank Stadium; a cardio fitness room; and a Fitness on Request studio.
