Orlando, Fla. — Logware, a Postal Solutions company, has announced that more than 1 million packages have been logged and delivered by its inbound package management software, PackageLog, in its first 28 months.
According to Logware’s data, this equated to over 4 million unique customized notifications sent out to recipients. Additionally, PackageLog, a package management tool that leverages package notifications for customer engagement, has saved over 80,000 hours of staff time for those who implemented it versus manually logged packages.
