San Marcos, Texas — Palladius Capital Management has acquired The Heights, a 672-bed student housing property located near Texas State University in San Marcos. The acquisition was made on behalf of Palladius Real Estate Fund I, an investment fund focused on acquiring multifamily and student housing properties across the country. The new ownership plans to begin renovations imminently, which will include upgrades to the property’s 240 units, clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center and building exterior. The seller and terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
