College Station, Texas — Parallel has broken ground on a 19-story student housing project located in the Northgate neighborhood of College Station near Texas A&M University.
The development will offer shared amenities including a swimming pool, two hot tubs, fire pits, a Jumbotron, sand volleyball court, state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge and study space, a smart market, coffee bar and a stage for live performances. The property’s ground floor will also be home to the University Lutheran Chapel and Student Center.

Partners on the project also include Rogers-O’Brien Construction and the Rhode: Partners architecture firm. Completion is slated summer 2023.
