Austin, Texas — Parallel Co. is set to open MUZE, a 502-bed student housing community located near the University of Texas at Austin, on August 18. The 18-story community offers studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a study lounge with private study rooms; on-site yoga and meditation classes; a computer bar with complimentary printing; a rooftop pool; an outdoor, rooftop theatre and gourmet kitchen; and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The design team was led by architecture firm Rhode Partners, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction served as the general contractor. The project is being financed by KeyBank.
